Most orders move through production in about 3 to 4 weeks, roughly 15 to 20 business days from final approval. If you need patches sooner, ask about our rush options, and we will see what kind of timeline we can hit.

We require digital artwork approval on every order, so you will always see a detailed proof before your patches, coins, or custom PVC patch hats go into production. For projects that need a physical check, we can begin with a preproduction sample for an extra charge, with a longer lead time to account for that extra step.

We do not lock you into one file type. We can work from AI, EPS, high resolution PNG, or JPG. A vector file type like AI or EPS usually gives the fastest proof turnaround, but we keep everything easy from upload to final proof and will work with whatever you have.
