Custom patches are personalized fabric or molded pieces you attach to hats, jackets, uniforms, bags, and more to show identity or branding. When they're done right, quality custom patches hold their shape, keep their detail, and keep color after real use.

Most custom patches start at a 50-piece minimum, while chenille patches have a 25-piece minimum. Wholesale and bulk breaks apply as you add more pieces, so larger orders can significantly reduce the per-piece cost.

Delivery time depends on the patch type, but embroidered and sublimated patches are usually the fastest at about 2 to 3 weeks on average. Leather, PVC, and woven styles can take a bit longer, and yes, rush options are available on all patch types. Just tell your sales rep you're working with a deadline.

Yes, custom patches are washable, and most hold up well with normal care. We suggest avoiding high-heat drying, since extreme heat can stress the patch, backing, or adhesives over time.

Yes. Every order includes a digital art proof for approval, so you can review the design before anything is made. If you want to check materials and finish in person, we can also offer physical proof approval when requested.

Backing choices include Velcro, iron-on backing, and no backing (sew-on), depending on whether you want removable, quick-apply, or permanent attachment. We can also provide hook-and-loop backing (Velcro), which is popular for uniforms, bags, and gear with loop panels.

Embroidered patches use thicker raised threads for a textured look, while woven patches use thinner thread woven tighter so small text and fine details come out sharper.

We can work from AI, EPS, high resolution PNG, or JPG. A vector file type like AI or EPS usually gives the fastest proof turnaround, but we'll work with whatever you have.

We require digital artwork approval on every order, so you will always see a detailed proof before production. If you need a physical check, we can start with a preproduction sample for an extra charge, with extra lead time.
