However, we also offer acrylic ornaments as an option if you’re looking for something lighter and more durable. Both look beautiful, but glass has a distinctly more premium, classy appearance that many of our customers prefer for keepsake and gift pieces.

Our minimum order quantity is 25 ornaments. This helps us keep your pricing competitive while still delivering high-quality custom pieces. Whether you’re planning branded gifts, party favors, or a full themed set of Christmas decorations, 25 is the perfect number for businesses, non-profits, or retail in your gift shop.

From there, you can scale up as much as you like for larger events, corporate gifting, or full collection drops.

On average, production takes about 2 weeks, or roughly 10 business days once your design is approved and payment is confirmed.

However, as we get closer to Christmas, our lead time can increase due to the holiday rush and a high volume of orders. If you’re working with a specific date or tight deadline, it’s always best to check with us first so we can confirm current production times and make sure your ornaments arrive right on schedule.

Most of our custom glass ornaments average between $10 and $15 per piece.

Yes, we always provide an art proof before anything goes into production.

Every order, whether it’s custom glass ornaments, pint glasses, wine glasses, or any other item, goes through an artwork approval stage. You’ll receive a digital proof of your custom design to review, request changes if needed, and officially approve.

Production only starts after you’ve signed off on the final artwork.

At this time, we don’t offer fully custom-cut shapes.

All of our engraved ornaments are made using our standard shape collection (like star, house, circle, heart, octagon, diamond, and bell). Within those shapes, though, you can still customize the artwork, text, and engraving to match your brand, event, or occasion.

Our glass ornaments are very durable and long lasting when handled and stored with normal care. Many customers use them year after year, and they become part of their holiday traditions for a long lifetime.

That said, they are still real glass. They’re sturdy enough for regular decorating, but they can break if dropped on hard surfaces or crushed in storage. We recommend hanging them securely, keeping them away from high-traffic areas, and packing them in their gift boxes or padded containers when the season is over to help them last as long as possible.

At this time, we do not offer blown glass ornaments.
